Instructions - Customer Service Feedback Form

The following are the steps that the Municipality shall take upon receipt of a Customer Service Feedback Form:

1. The Municipality will respond either in writing, in person, by email or by phone acknowledging receipt of the Customer Service Feedback Form.

2. The response will set out the action to be taken in response to any complaints.

3. A response shall be provided within twenty-one days of receipt of the form.

4. Information about the feedback process will, at a minimum, be posted on our website.
